Site Engineer / Senior Site Engineer

職位描述

Responsibilities:

Responsible for site operations for our foundation and miscellaneous construction projects
Assist the project team in compiling all site inspection records
Facilitate the flow of planning data between managers, engineers, and designers
Prepare cost estimates for materials, equipment, and labor
Support project team members in delivering service excellence
Manage projects and coordinate with clients and subcontractors
Coordinate and monitor statutory submissions, consent applications, and report on the completion of works
Handle on-site and off-site work
Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 7 years’ experience in local foundation projects
Familiar with statutory submission and approval requirement
Proactive, drive to success and able to work independently and under pressure
With committed in continuous learning is highly preferred
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Site Engineer
Experience with BIM is an advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skills

Working location:

Construction site in Hong Kong

Working Hours:

8:00am - 6:00pm (Monday - Saturday)
