Lead and manage all site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards;
Oversee foundation and structural project, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations;
Foster a strong safety culture, and drive continuous improvement in site operation standards, safety practices, and environmental performance;
Ensure technical accuracy in the design and construction of excavation, ELS, and substructure works;
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with various stakeholder including Contractors, Consultants, and Government departments.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline;
Professional Membership of MHKIE / MICE is required;
Minimum 15 years of experience in Foundation / Civil Engineering, with a proven track record and expertise in large-scale Foundation or Civil projects with main contractors or government departments;
Familiarity with modern project management tools and digital construction technologies is an advantage;
Strong commitment to implementing and maintaining first-class site setup and operational practices;
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills;
Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin;
In-depth understanding of Hong Kong construction regulations and site operations.
