Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems,Marketing, or related disciplines.
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is required.
Familiarity with NAV System.
At least 2 years of information technology and sales experience, preferably in the decorative glass material or construction industry.
Strong ability to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
Proven experience in promoting glass products, developing client relationships, and driving business growth.
Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets and contributing to sales growth.
Capable of analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations.
Self-motivated, a strong team player, able to work independently and under pressure.
Responsibilities:
To participate in the configuration and installation of popular network operating systems, network equipment and networking software
To diagnose and resolve problems encountered during network implementation
To prepare guidelines and procedures for the daily operations of installed wide area network (WAN)/local area network (LAN).
Manage customer inquiries and orders through the NAV system, ensuring data accuracy and efficient processing.
Provide technical and clerical support to the sales team, including preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and product information.
Assist in the development of sales and marketing materials, leveraging your technical knowledge of glass products.
Support the sales team in client communications, providing technical details and product information as needed.
Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends and support strategic planning.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
