Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate action for local and overseas equities, including client notifications and response handling.
- Oversee nominee services, stock reconciliation, IPO subscriptions, placements, and related custody operations.
- Liaise with brokers and internal counterparties to follow up on settlement-related issues and enquiries.
- Assist in developing and implementing workflow procedures, operational guidelines, and supporting new products and services related to settlement functions.
- Participate in system development projects, including UAT, system migration, and other ad hoc initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate actions and settlement, with supervisory exposure
- Solid understanding of CCASS and Euroclear operations, nominee structures, and custody practices.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
