Job Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing business development team to drive revenue growth and expand market presence across the resource recovery sector
• Formulate and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, targeting priority customer segments and high-value opportunities
• Enhance CRM systems and optimise workflows to improve operational efficiency
• Prepare pre-qualification documents and tender submissions for major clients; conduct comprehensive tender bidding reviews
• Provide accurate quotations that balance customer needs
• Ensure compliance and deliver integrated solutions through cross-functional collaboration
• Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels
• Oversee timely billing and receivables management to ensure strong cash flow

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related scientific discipline

  Requirements:

• Have solid execution experience regarding EPD/DSD projects

• At least 10 years of relevant working experience in the resource recovery-related industry

• Strong business acumen and customer service orientation

• Excellent negotiation, marketing, and presentation skills
