Responsibilities:
- Formulate leasing strategy and handle the leasing matters for prestigious retail properties in PRC
- Liaise with international brands
- Handle lease negotiation of new letting and renewal, lease restructure and tenancy administration
- Conduct marketing research
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Real Estates or related disciplines
- With around 3 - 5 years’ solid experience in handling retail property leasing, legal documents as well as dealing with reputable brands and property management issues independently
- Experience in PRC retail leasing will be an advantage
- Of good negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Fluent Putonghua and English
- Basically stationed in HK but travel to various PRC cities when necessary
