Job Description 職務說明

• As the Financial Controller, you will oversee the company’s financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making.
• 作為財務總監，您將負責監督公司的財務運作，確保合規，並支持策略性決策。
• You will report directly to the Group CFO and collaborate closely with senior leadership.
• 您將直接向集團首席財務官（Group CFO）匯報，並與高層管理團隊緊密合作。
• Work based in Hong Kong office, with frequent business trips to China and occasional trips to Southeast Asia.
• 工作地點為香港辦公室，需經常前往中國出差，並偶爾前往東南亞。
• Key Responsibilities 主要職責
• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• 監督月度、季度及年度財務報表的編制。
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate policies.
• 確保遵守會計準則、稅務法規及公司政策。
• Provide accurate financial analysis and forecasts to support strategic planning.
• 提供準確的財務分析與預測，以支持策略規劃。
• Lead the budgeting process and monitor performance against targets.
• 主導預算編制流程並監控績效與目標的差距。
• Implement cost-control measures to improve profitability.
• 推行成本控制措施以提升盈利能力。
• Monitor project costing, bill of materials (BOM), and production margins.
• 監控專案成本、物料清單（BOM）及生產利潤。
• Track inventory valuation and supply chain financial performance.
• 追蹤庫存估值及供應鏈財務表現。
• Support pricing strategies and contract negotiations with OEM clients.
• 支援定價策略及與 OEM 客戶的合約談判。
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• 建立並維護健全的內部控制，以保障公司資產。
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• 與外部審計師、銀行及監管機構保持聯繫。
• Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• 管理並指導財務團隊，培養責任感與卓越文化。

Ideal Candidates 理想人選

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 會計、財務或相關專業本科學位；具備 CPA／ACCA 或同等資格者優先。
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• 至少 8–10 年逐步晉升的財務工作經驗，並具備至少 5 年管理職位經驗。
• Solid accounting experience in a managerial role within the manufacturing sector.
• 具備在製造業擔任管理職位的扎實會計工作經驗。
• Experience in leading accounting teams in Hong Kong and China.
• 具備在香港及中國領導會計團隊的工作經驗。
• Strong experience in the manufacturing sector, especially China factories.
• 具備豐富的製造業經驗，尤其是中國工廠。
• Expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, and project-based financial analysis.
• 精通成本會計、庫存管理及專案財務分析。
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• 熟練使用 ERP 系統及具備高階 Excel 技能。
