Training Consultant(Cultural Change; HK$50K-HK$60K x 13month; 5day)
Our client is a business management consultancy who is seeking a high caliber person to fill the Training Consultant position:
Job Duties:

- Develop and implement a global training curriculum and ensure the effectiveness of training activities
- Organize and facilitate in-house training programs for staff in different regions, and support external training coordination following the L&D calendar
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs for all levels of staff globally, ensuring that training initiatives support business objectivesResearch and identify new business opportunities by generating leads from prospective customers
- Follow up with existing clients to ensure effectiveness and satisfaction of the program
- Design and develop business strategy to maximize user acquisition and business opportunities
- Identify and establish effective network with senior executives, subject matter experts
Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing or related discipline
- At least 5 years of working experience in business development, project management and management consultancy
- Previous background in coordinating training program development projects is an advantage
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills to deal with customers and stakeholders
- Driven, self-motivated and organized with good storytelling skills
- Solid social media management skills to develop customer base
