Assistant Marketing Manager - Korean speaking (Beauty/FMCG; HK$36-$42K)
Our client is an international E-commerce solutions company. They are looking for a Korean speaking Account Manager to join their growing team.
Job Duties:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understand their business goals and develop tailored Ecommerce solutions and digital marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain client relationships by providing strategic guidance, regular updates, and performance reports.
- Oversee the development and execution of digital/Ecommerce campaigns aligned with client goals.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to achieve client satisfaction.
- Analyze customer behavior and sales data to refine promotional tactics
- Conduct market research on e-commerce trends, Korean beauty brands and competitors' analysis
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, or related disciplines.
- 5 years of experience in account servicing or business development within digital or Ecommerce industry.
- Strong business sense, excellent communication skills, and a highly cooperative nature.
- Fluent in both English and Korean
- Detail-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, able to work individually and as a team
