The Challenge We Pose to You:
- Capture customer requirements through communication, meetings and presentations before and during datacenter visits.
- Handover technical requirements, user contacts and roles to the presales team after each visit.
- Prepare proposals and network diagrams, consolidate customer references and internal product documents to enhance proposal quality.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams for preparing reports and supporting operational needs.
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
What You Bring to Us:
- Undergraduate and graduate applicants with a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management, or related disciplines are welcomed.
- Experience in commercial environment, preferably with internet networking or technical sales exposure
- Strong interest and willingness to learn about internet networking technologies and colocation services
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Professional certifications (e.g. Comp TIA Network+, CCNP, CDCDP, MCP, AWS Practitioner etc.) are a plus
- High-performing candidates will have an opportunity to be offered as Assistant Solutions Consultant / Solutions Consultant upon contract completion
