Our Client is now looking for high calibre candidate to fill the following position:
Bachelor or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
15 years’ human resources experience
Experience in manufacturing, production line and big corporations
Experience in organizational change
Leading a team of 3-4 HR officers and administrative staff
Provide full spectrum of HR functions
Understand company’s needs and targets, drive organizational effectiveness
Strong in recruitment, provide good remuneration and attract top talent candidates for company consideration
Familiar with HK employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
