         **Key Responsibilities**

1. - Support the execution of Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions, such as IPOs, private placements, block trades, and pre-IPO financing.
  - Conduct financial analysis, including company valuations, market research, and shareholding structure reviews.
  - Prepare internal approval documents and client-facing presentation materials.
  - Serve as a key liaison between syndicate partners, sales teams, corporate clients, and investors.
  - Contribute to client pitch development and the generation of new business ideas.
  - Fulfill additional ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

1. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  - At least 2-3 years of relevant experience within Equity Capital Markets.
  - Demonstrated success in supporting ECM transactions with strong industry knowledge.
  - Proactive, analytical, and a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
  - Fluency in both spoken Mandarin and English.
