Create and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test strategies for software applications.
Perform manual/auto functional, integration, regression, and API tests, ensuring accurate documentation of results with clear steps, evidence, and outcomes.
Identify, log, and track software defects, working with development teams to ensure resolution.
Collaborate with development, product, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and address issues.
Prepare and deliver clear, concise reports on testing progress, issues, and outcomes to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
1+ years of software testing experience with strong manual testing expertise.
Proficiency in API testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
Strong test case design and execution skills with keen attention to detail and risk awareness.
Excellent defect reporting and communication abilities.
Organized, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is an advantage.
Nice to have:
Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) with a willingness to learn.
Basic experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6, Locust).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and basic Git operations.
