Process Improvement: Evaluate existing finance workflows and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Dashboard Development: Build intuitive, data-driven dashboards to support financial reporting and performance tracking.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, validate findings, and present actionable insights.
Presentation & Reporting: Summarize key findings and recommendations in a structured format for leadership review.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications
Currently pursuing an MBA with a specialization in Finance, Strategy, or a related field; or have less than 3 years of experience with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a finance-related field.
1+ years of total experience in reputed companies, preferably multinationals
Desired Qualifications
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and insights to solve real world problems.
Proficiency with latest Tech/Automation Tools in finance, dashboard building and analytical tools.
Ownership mindset, self-starter and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
