Develop and execute product strategies to grow consumer payments portfolios, including credit, debit, prepaid, and instalments products
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand consumer needs, preferences, and pain points
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. business development, marketing, analytics) to ideate, design, and launch new consumer product features and experiences
Analyze portfolio performance data to identify optimization opportunities and make data-driven decisions
Serve as a subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership to clients on consumer payments trends and best practices
Stay up-to-date on industry developments, competitors, and regulatory changes to inform product roadmaps
Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong internal and external relationships
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in consumer payments, retail banking, or a related financial services role
Proven track record of developing and launching successful consumer product solutions
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Bachelor's degree required, MBA or advanced degree in finance, economics, or a related field preferred
Fluency in English required, proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin
