Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including network management, cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS/Azure), and system integrations with financial software (e.g., Bloomberg, FIX protocols).
Manage IT projects from inception to delivery, such as system upgrades, fintech integrations, and automation of compliance processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., compliance, operations, trading) to identify technology needs and deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Mentor and develop a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Handle vendor relationships, budget management, and IT procurement to optimize costs and performance.
Requirements- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
At least 8-10 years of IT experience in the financial services sector, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role, preferably in securities or brokerage firms.
In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong's financial regulations (SFC) and experience with compliance-driven IT systems.
Proven expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and financial technologies (e.g., trading systems, APIs, data warehousing).
Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
