Developing and implementing sales strategies and monitor daily branch operations
Managing branch office for providing retail banking services
Ensuring smooth branch operation are in compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
Generating new business for the branch
Managing branch personnel, particularly with regard to the provision of quality customer service

Requirements:

Degree in Finance/Insurance/Business Administration or equivalent
minimum 8 years of solid experience in branch banking
Professional licensing qualifications such as IIQE & HKSI
Sound knowledge of the retail banking business and operations, and able to lead a team to ensure excellent services are provided
Strong interpersonal, communication, sales, and management skills
Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
