Assistant Purchasing & Brand Manager | 35K

職位描述

Responsible：

    • Effective communication with vendors to secure the best terms and pricing
    • Collaborate with other departments to consolidate purchase order and follow ups
    • Stock allotment & stock level setting
    • Sample Management
    • Conduct price calculation and monthly sales monitoring
    • Maintain non-season orders – regular replenishment
    • Assist in discounts management (open discount, event highlights)
    • Assist in Web-site / Brochure captions preparation for new items evaluation
    • Preparing sales Analysis & reports, attending foreign sales meetings when necessary
    • New product lines exploration, House Label, Licensing items and SMUs – propose new items and factory sourcing

Requirement：

    • Full Time University Graduate or Equivalent (Any Majors)
    • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
    • Min 5 years of Purchasing or Sales management in Hong Kong (Outdoor & Sporting Goods, Casual Wears preferable)
    • Knowledge in Outdoor & Sports Products
    • Participation in outdoor activities
    • Good Understanding of Outdoor market of Hong Kong
    • Willing to travel to USA / Europe / Japan
    • Export Business Experience is not applicable
