         **Key Responsibilities**
                    • Assist high-level executives with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel plans
                    • Handle phone calls and emails, ensuring accurate information dissemination
                    • Prepare meeting notes, reports, and various documents
                    • Maintain and organize the office filing system, ensuring accuracy and security of documents
                    • Coordinate communication between internal departments and external partners
                    • Support the daily operations of the office by managing various administrative duties
                    • Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

                  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
                  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
                  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
                  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
                  • Strong time management and organizational skills
                  • Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure
                  • Willingness to travel as required
