Market Trend Analysis: Monitor spot market trends, hotspots, and emerging blockchain technologies to inform listing decisions. Control the pace of asset launches to align with market conditions and platform strategy.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all listings comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Collaborate with compliance teams to mitigate risks associated with new assets.
Internal Coordination and Reporting: Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute listings smoothly. Maintain accurate records of listing activities, prepare reports on listing performance, and provide insights to senior management.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in blockchain/cryptocurrency are a plus.
Experience: At least 2-3 years in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry, with specific experience in coin listings, business development, or project management at a crypto exchange or related firm.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, tokenomics, and market dynamics. Familiarity with major exchanges and listing processes is essential.
Skills: Excellent project management abilities, with proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, or similar. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
