Investments and Wealth Solutions

Hang Seng's Investments and Wealth Solutions offers a full spectrum of wealth products and services to our Retail Banking and Wealth (RB&W) customers, from high-net-worth to mass segments across channels to capture opportunity under different market scenarios. We play a distributor role to source investment and insurance products from service providers, manage the product due diligence and onboarding, as well as client journey design and implementation. We distribute investment funds managed by top tier fund managers covering different types of funds, across regions and asset classes. A wide range of structured products with underlying linked to equities, FX rates, interest rates, investment funds, etc. are offered for investors to pursue different investment objectives. We also offer fixed income instruments and certificates of deposit to customers who look for regular coupon payment. Besides, we have securities services covering exchange traded equities in local and overseas markets offered through a wide variety of trading channels. Margin trading services covering FX and securities, and investment financing service provides extra liquidity and purchasing power to cater for investment needs from sophisticated investors.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Product Manager (Investment FX).

Principal Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Investment FX to implement product strategy and deliver product solution
• Support channel’s enquiries on investment FX products and conduct annual product review
• Maintain the investment FX product suite on both digital and branch channels and ensure the product suitability and platform efficiency
• Collaborate and liaise with subject matter experts for new product initiatives or Investment FX products maintenance

Requirements

• University degree in Banking and Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in investment product development
• Solid background and knowledge on investment FX products with hands-on track record in product development
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Highly effective navigation within a complex matrix environment, governance standard and regulatory context with agile ways of working.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
