Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor the execution progress of the Regtech projects in accordance with the Bank's Regtech Plan
  • Analyze the user requirements and assist relevant stakeholders to prepare requirement documents for Regtech development
  • Liaise with IT and solution vendors for the project development according to the user requirements and schedule
  • Arrange ad-hoc and regular meetings with project stakeholders for the progress update and issue resolution
  • Assist in UAT preparation
  • Prepare regular project progress report and timely escalate project hiccups with potential impact on project quality and schedule to Management
  • Prepare project documentation, support implementation and perform post-implementation review
  • Perform ongoing industry benchmark and research on new Regtech initiatives

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Information Technology, Business Administration, Risk Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management/compliance in banking sector
  • Solid project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Good understanding on compliance and control processes in banking sector
  • Familiar with Fintech and Regtech solutions and development in the market
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Ability to define problem, collect data, fact finding and draw conclusion
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
