Job Purpose:

To support the design, implementation, and maintenance of JEC’s IT infrastructure, cybersecurity systems, and AI-enabled productivity tools, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Operations:

• Manage and troubleshoot network systems, firewalls, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
• Administer and maintain Azure cloud services and VMware ESXi environments.
• Support hardware and software installations, upgrades, and patching.
• Monitor system performance and ensure optimal uptime and resource utilization.

Cybersecurity:

• Implement and maintain endpoint protection and identity access controls.
• Support privileged access management and vulnerability remediation.
• Assist in incident response and recovery procedures.
• Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external audit requirements.

Project Support:

• Participate in infrastructure and AI-related projects, including migrations and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and asset inventories.
• Provide regular reports on system health, security status, and project progress.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Sciences / Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Solid experience in designing and implementing solutions that run on Microsoft Azure and VMWare Esxi
• Solid Experience in IT operations including networking, virtualization, identity, security, business continuity and disaster recovery
• Hands-on cybersecurity experience is required
• Holder of CISSP, CISM is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with all levels
• Proactive and self-motivated to take on new tasks.
