Responsibilities:

•Take ownership of oversight controls for outsourced Middle Office
activities, ensuring smooth execution across the full trade life cycle -
including equities, fixed income, FX, derivatives, corporate actions,
reconciliation, cash, and collateral management.
• Serve as BAU point of contact for Middle Office topics, managing
requests from both internal and external stakeholders (such as
portfolio managers, traders, Compliance and brokers, custodians
and Middle Office service provider) with efficiency and
professionalism.
• Identify, report and resolve BAU issues and incidents. Conduct root
cause analysis and support implementation of preventive measures.
• Champion process improvements by proposing and supporting
automation and efficiency initiatives.
• Oversee and constructively challenge Middle Office service
providers to maintain high standards and optimal service delivery.

Qualification:
• A minimum of five years' experience in Middle Office area covering
trade matching, settlement, reconciliation, corporate actions, and
cash-related activities.
• Good knowledge of various public market instruments such as
equities, fixed income, FX as well as derivatives, collateral
management, and related workflows (front to back office).
• Knowledge of APAC market specific settlement processes is
required, related regulations impacting the asset management
industry is a plus
• Experience as Subject Matter Expert in projects / initiatives
• Strong experience in a multi-cultural environment
