Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social media, OOH, outdoor events, influencer collaborations, etc.) to drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention
Identify, negotiate and manage strategic business partnerships and co-marketing opportunities with merchants, fintechs, lifestyle brands and Banking & Finance ecosystem partners
Plan and deliver high-impact offline activation events, roadshows, pop-ups and sponsorships
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to formulate Go-To-Market strategies for new digital banking products, features, and campaign
Prepare compelling marketing collateral, copywriting, campaign messaging, eDMs, social media content and promotion kits
Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer segmentation to inform marketing strategy
Stay ahead of market trends, emerging platforms, and regulatory changes in Hong Kong’s digital banking landscape
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related disciplines
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in marketing and advertising (candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Manager level)
Proven track record in consumer marketing, preferably in digital banking, fintech, e-wallets, credit cards or financial services
Strong experience in partnership/BD marketing, offline events and activations
Hands-on experience in developing GTM plans and writing persuasive marketing copy
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
Excellent English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) copywriting and communication skills; ability to switch between professional financial tone and engaging consumer tone
Solid understanding of media planning/buying and budget management
Familiar with HKMA advertising guidelines and financial services regulatory environment is a strong advantage
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic digital bank environment
Knowledge of data analytics tools, paid media placement and optimization is a plus
