General Responsibilities:

• To promote a range of Own Brands pharmaceutical products to hospitals and clinics in private sector
• Formulate and execute medical sales plans to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses and territories
• Work closely with the teams to deliver key performance indicators and sales plans. Provide timely feedback to team members on the execution of sales action plans and development areas
• Analyze and identify business opportunities and provide recommendations to utilize these opportunities
• Monitor competitors' activities and products. Recommend practical actions to counter competition
• Manage day-to-day sales operation and prepare sales reports and forecasts.
• Relationship development with key customers

Functional Skills and Knowledge:

• Degree or professional qualification in a Science or Medical-related discipline
• 3 or more years of relevant working experience in pharmaceuticals / healthcare company
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong numeric sense and analytical skills
• Proactive, self-motivated with passion to overcome challenges
• Candidate who has people management experience would be an advantage
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, being fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage.
