This Chinese Bank has established a prestigious brand name in Asia. It is well-known for its strong product capability, stable working environment and strong growth in the region. Owing to its steady expansion, they are looking for a Team Head - Product Governance Team for their businesses.

Your new role

• Create and sustain a strong structure for governing the Bank's products
• Devise and develop creative tools and applications for managing products, ensuring continuous progress in the efficiency and effectiveness of the Bank's product governance.
• Update the Bank's Product List on a regular basis.
• Create a framework that manages the lifecycle of the Bank's products.
• Establish a management framework for Product Managers in line with the Bank's objectives and the responsibilities of the Product Managers.
• Stay informed about the latest market trends and regularly compare the Bank's product governance framework with those of other market players.

What you'll need to succeed

• Hold a degree or above in Business/Finance or a related field.
• Possess a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the banking or financial industry, with at least 3 years in product governance or a related field, and have management exposure.
• Be able to work effectively and efficiently with strong leadership skills, and communication skills
• Have a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua).
