Key Responsibilities:
- To support various Fintech initiatives to build, design and grow our virtual banking model, the role sits with the business and may need to work closely with our internal stakeholders, in-house technology partners and/or external vendors offering broad exposure and learning experience through project assignment.
- Assist in project development on new digital initiatives, including creation of new innovative product and service, data analytics, digital customer onboarding journey, mobile payments and any digital / Fintech related projects.
- Provide support on research for Fintech trends and customer experience.
- Develop customer experience diagram / wireframes / UXUI / prototypes for new initiatives
- Participate in end-to-end process of project development lifecycle and any internal or regulatory process using Agile methodology
Requirements:
- Postgraduate or 3rd year Undergraduate student in Business, Information Technology, Product Design, Creative Media or related disciplines
- Experience in Project Management, JIRA, Confluence, UXUI, Design Thinking is a plus
- Team player with good understanding of Agile methodology
- Strong interest in latest Banking or Financial Technology
- Customer-centric, bright, energetic, innovator
- Familiar in Sketch and Figma is a plus
- Good command of written and spoken English;
- Good command of written Chinese; spoken Cantonese and Mandarin
