Minimum Requirements

A high diploma or a bachelor's degree in accounting, insurance, science or related disciplines is usually required
Possessed of professional and technical knowledge like law, maritimes, medical or engineering is an advantage. Holding membership of Association of Average Adjusters is preferable.
3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
