BIM Manager

Description of Tasks
BIM Managers plan, direct, and coordinate Building Information Modelling (BIM) projects, manage the project teams, BIM technology implementation and assure quality deliverables of the related construction projects.
Construction project management knowledge and skills
To lead construction projects via BIM, BIM Managers must manage projects from start to finish. They must coordinate effectively with different professionals and clients and have to make choices to ensure that the projects are well completed on time and within budget.
Professional knowledge and skills in Building Information Modelling (BIM)
BIM Managers must always apply professional knowledge and skills in BIM to solve issues and problems at work.
Minimum Requirements
  • Normally have a bachelor's degree in construction, surveying, engineering, architecture or landscape architecture.  Holders of relevant higher diplomas can articulate to related degree programmes.
  • 4-6 years of experience as a surveyor, engineer, architect or landscape architect
  • Familiar with BIM application
