Construction Manager

Construction Managers coordinate and supervise a wide variety of construction projects, including the building of all types of public, residential, commercial, and industrial structures, as well as roads and bridges. Although they oversee the whole construction projects, they may consult with developers and builders on construction related issues.

Minimum Requirements

(i) Usually have a bachelor's degree in construction science, construction management, surveying, architecture, or engineering; or (ii) With secondary school education and several years of relevant work experience may qualify to become a construction manager, but they might probably work as self-employed general contractors.
Require substantial years of experience in relevant jobs in the construction industry
