Description of Tasks

Research and Development Technicians participate in R&D activities by performing scientific and technical tasks involving the application of concepts and operational methods, and usually under the supervision of R&D engineers.

Analytical skills

Research and Development Technicians must be able to analyse the experimental findings and present the technical reports to the R&D engineers.

Technical skills

Research and Development Technicians must possess the ability to carry out scientific and technical experiments and analysis according to the instruction of the R&D engineers.

Minimum Requirements

• A recognised higher diploma or bachelor's degree in an engineering/ technology specialty or a professional qualification.
• At least 1-2 years' relevant experience is required.
