Develop trade sales strategies and client expansion plans for the department, forecast sales, and set sales targets.
Organize and manage the trade sales team, create sales plans and measures, and ensure sales targets are met.
Responsible for team performance enhancement, providing business skills training, and daily business management.
Independently conduct business work and develop new clients.
Organize the collection and reporting of international market sales information, client feedback, market development trends, etc.
Manage and develop the internal structure of the trade sales team.
Other tasks assigned by direct supervisors.
Requirements:
Industry Experience: Background in internationally renowned large textile and apparel brand companies or integrated trade and manufacturing industries, with over ten years of work experience, including at least three years in the same position. Experience in supply chain management for client companies (international brands or large trading companies) is preferred.
Management Experience: Extensive experience in managing trade sales teams and the ability to achieve targets independently. Team size should be ≥12 people with team sales exceeding $50 million; individual responsibilities should still include client development.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized institution, preferably in International Trade, Business English, or related fields. Study or work experience in Europe, the USA, or Japan is preferred.
Other Requirements: Permanent resident of Hong Kong, English as a working language, and precise expressions of textile professional terminology.
Other Qualities: Strong ability to handle pressure, excellent communication skills, teamwork integration ability, execution capability, rigorous work ethic, strict style, and high emotional intelligence.
Work Location: Hong Kong, with frequent business trips to Vietnam or Hangzhou as needed.
