AtkinsRéalis Asia Limited invites applications for the following Resident Site Staff positions under the project for Fanling North New Development Area, Remaining Phase: Site Formation and Infrastructure Works (Contract No. ND/2024/07 and ND/2024/08). The works comprise site formation of lands and ground investigation within Fanling North New Development Area (FLN NDA), construction of at-grade roads connecting FLN NDA to Fanling Highway and associated junction/road improvements, construction of Fanling Bypass Western Section, construction of noise barriers and low noise road surfacing, and ancillary works including vehicular bridges, footbridges, footpaths, cycle tracks, lighting, traffic aids, sewage pumping stations, drainage, stormwater storage tank, sewerage, water mains, landscaping works, slope works and electrical and mechanical works. The first contract, Contract No. ND/2024/07, commenced in July 2024 and the second contract, Contract No. ND/2024/08, will commenced in end 2025 tentatively.

阿特金斯睿萊亞洲有限公司現為工程項目 - 粉嶺北新發展區餘下階段 - 地盤平整和基礎設施工程 ( 合約編號: ND/2024/07 及 ND/2024/08) ，招聘以下駐地盤工程職位。於粉嶺北新發展區進行地盤平整工程及相關的土地勘測, 建造連接粉嶺北新發展區至粉嶺公路相關地面道路，並進行相關路口/ 道路改善工程，建造粉嶺繞道( 西段)，興建隔音屏障和鋪設低噪音物料路面，及進行附屬工程，包括行車橋、行人天橋、行人路、單車徑、照明設施、交通輔助設施、污水泵房、排水系統、蓄洪池、污水系統、水管、環境美化工程、斜坡工程和機電工程。第一份合約ND/2024/07 已於2024 年7 月展開，而第二份合約ND/2024/08 暫定於2025 年第四季展開。

Candidates should have:

• Corporate Membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers or equivalent in an appropriate discipline; and
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant post professional qualification experience; and
• NEC ECC knowledge or working experience will be advantage.

• (一) 具備香港工程師學會的正式會員或同等之相關資格；及
• (二) 具有最少十年取得該專業資格後之相關工作經驗；及
• (三) 具有新工程合約 (NEC) 的工程及建造合約 (ECC) 知識或相關經驗的申請人將獲優先考慮。

The candidates should have minimum academic/ professional qualification requirements of the above posts.

申請人必須具備以上最低要求之學歷 / 專業資格。

Appointment will be made on contract term in accordance with the prevailing Government’s conditions and terms applicable for Resident Site Staff. The incumbents will be required to work irregular hours, overtime and shifts (including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) and to carry out supervision duties in Mainland China or overseas if necessary.

聘用條款將按獲聘時政府駐工地員工相關的條款及條件而定。如有需要，任職者可能需要不定時、超時和輪班 ( 包括星期六、日和公眾假期) 工作，並可能需要到中國內地或海外進行監督工作。
