They are currently seeking an associate Director , Corporate to join their Hong Kong Office . In this role, you will be responsible to execute corporate finance transactions including IPO, M&A, pre-IPO investment, financial advisory and other fundraising exercises

- Execute corporate finance transactions including IPO, M&A, pre-IPO investment, financial advisory and other fundraising exercises
- Perform internal approval procedures, due diligence, market research, financial analysis and regulatory submission preparation
- Play an active role in client pitches, marketing materials development, and idea generation
- Leverage your market knowledge to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the team's growth strategy
- Act as a key liaison between clients, senior management, external professional parties, and regulators (SFC, HKEX). Manage these relationships with professionalism and strategic insight.
- Oversee the preparation and meticulous review of all transaction documentation, including prospectuses, information memoranda, and board presentations
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environmen

- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A CFA or HKICPA qualification is a strong plus.
- 8-10 years of direct experience in corporate finance or investment banking, with a proven history of completing deals like IPOs or M&A
- Proven track record in executing ECM/ M&A/ Debt transactions, with strong awareness of regulatory compliance requirements
- Must understand the rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) and the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC).
- strong commercial judgment and a client-focused approach to developing solutions.
- Stable and proactive team player
- Excellent spoken Mandarin and English is a must. Fluency in Cantonese is preferred
