Responsibilities:
- End-to-end product management for mobile network solutions, defining vision, roadmap and feature priorities to meet enterprise customer needs
- Conduct market and competitive research on mobile network technologies (4G, 5G, IoT, edge), distill insights into strategic analysis reports and presentations
- Develop sales materials—pitch decks, datasheets, case studies and proposal templates—tailored to mobile network operators, system integrators and enterprise buyers
- Writing market reports and white papers on market trends, go-to-market performance and customer feedback for internal stakeholders and executive leadership
- Collaborate closely with engineering, UX and support teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and development cycles
- Establish partnerships with carriers, integrators and technology vendors; negotiate agreements to expand our product reach and capabilities
- Design go-to-market strategies covering pricing, positioning, channel strategy and launch plans; coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and adoption
- Track post-launch performance—customer adoption metrics, usage data and competitive moves—and iterate on the product roadmap to maximize value and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, or business partnerships within the telecommunications or mobile industry
- Proven track record of successfully launching and commercializing new technology products or services
- Hands-on experience planning, designing, or deploying 5G Private Networks, network slicing, or similar advanced mobile solutions is an advantage
- Understanding of mobile network architectures, 5G/4G technologies, and emerging trends in GSM mobile solutions, familiarity with GSM-based enterprise solutions
- Negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to engage with internal and external parties
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate market insights into actionable business strategies
- Report-writing capabilities for strategic market overviews, go-to-market performance summaries, and executive briefings
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Candidate with more experience may be considered as Senior Manager
