Job Description

The Challenge We Pose to You:

  • Lead and mentor a team of solution consultants to perform pre-sales activities, design, and propose ICT solutions tailored to meet customer needs. Oversee tender reviews and risk assessments during the bid process. Serve as the escalation point for pre-sales support.
  • Capture and analyse market trends in ICT technology, products, and customer needs. Provide valuable feedback to the product team to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
  • Offer technical insights and recommendations to internal teams for product creation, enhancement, maintenance, change management, support, and termination throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to security across different countries and regions where our business operates.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop strategic programs for security products on a periodic basis.
  • Work closely with the Legal team to evaluate technical risks and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Represent the company as a speaker to promote our security products. Engage with industry experts in security forums, share insights, and deliver awareness training to the public.
  • Participate in internal and external audits to support the company's ISO certification.
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

What You Bring to Us:

  • Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or Information Security-related disciplines, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10-year experience in IT industry with 5-year in ICT areas; Well familiar with pre-sales working model including experiences in handling tender procedures and requirements; Strong business acumen is necessary.
  • Excellent knowledge in security products and technologies, e.g. UTM/NGFW, web application firewall, anti-DDoS, security audit and assessment, and SIEM.
  • Experience to provide consultancy to plan/design the overall security management cycle and fulfil compliance requirements for customers
  • Good knowledge in cyber security compliance, e.g. PCI-DSS, MA requirements, China’s Cybersecurity Law, PDPO, GDPR.
  • Professional qualification such as CISSP, CISA, and other additional related certifications is required.
  • ISO27001 and ISO20000 (ITIL) qualifications is a plus.
  • Outstanding decision-making, problem-solving and crisis handling skills.
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Overseas travel may be required.
