Technical Presales Assistant / Intern

Job Description

The Challenge We Pose to You:

  • Capture customer requirements through communication, meetings and presentations before and during datacenter visits.
  • Handover technical requirements, user contacts and roles to the presales team after each visit.
  • Prepare proposals and network diagrams, consolidate customer references and internal product documents to enhance proposal quality.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams for preparing reports and supporting operational needs.
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

What You Bring to Us:

  • Undergraduate and graduate applicants with a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management, or related disciplines are welcomed.
  • Experience in commercial environment, preferably with internet networking or technical sales exposure
  • Strong interest and willingness to learn about internet networking technologies and colocation services
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Professional certifications (e.g. Comp TIA Network+, CCNP, CDCDP, MCP, AWS Practitioner etc.) are a plus
  • High-performing candidates will have an opportunity to be offered as Assistant Solutions Consultant / Solutions Consultant upon contract completion
