Key Responsibilities:
Who You Are:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of HR & admin experience.
- Deep knowledge of HR best practices, Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and understanding of international HR practices.
- An exceptional communicator and listener with high emotional intelligence, able to build trust and rapport with individuals at all levels.
- A proactive and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
- Fast learner, self-motivated and detailed-minded.
- Proficient in both written and spoken in Mandarin and English.
