Established in 2010, BUICK MANAGEMENT LIMITED (“BUICK”) is a management company administered by a highly experienced team in the Food & Beverage industry. BUICK assists in the establishment of new restaurants and projects and centralizing all accounts.
Among its organization, BUICK oversees the management of four outlets and two distinguished restaurant brands: PAK LOH CHIU CHOW and MOON LOK CHIU CHOW.
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing
- Execute Social Media Marketing planning, strategy and posting
- Responsible for all social media resources, images, videos, and creativities
- Responsible for researching digital trends, hashtags, keeping up with apps/programmes to optimize our digital strategy
- Create Electronic Direct Mails (EDM) campaigns
- Provide KPIs of weekly social channels
- Content creation for all platforms and channels including boosting the brand across all platforms
- Assist the team for various digital projects such as the Company’s website
- Update the Company’s website, blogging, line up and relevant weekly website content
Graphic/ Branding Coordination
- Assist in sourcing and managing suppliers for the preparation and production of marketing materials
- Ensure the consistent application of corporate branding in all published documents and other media
- Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department, inventorying stock, placing orders and verifying receipts
- Manage menu design/branding, execute and delegate to brief freelancers
Coordination of Marketing & Events
- Implement marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars
- Support the team in all stages of campaigns, ad hoc and client events.
Requirements:
- Excellent command in English and Cantonese, mandarin is a plus
- Graduate/Bachelor degree holder
- Adobe Software User is a plus
- Experience and knowledge in graphic design an advantage
- Background in digital marketing or social media agency is highly preferable;
- Candidates with more experience can be considered as Senior Marketing Executive
- Immediate available is an advantage
