Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure efficient financial operations.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes to optimize financial resources.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Supervise a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and drive business growth.
- Monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in accounting standards.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Solid understanding of risk management and internal controls.
- Experience in team management and development.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
