Job Description

Responsibilities:

                                    • Responsible for formulating the company's overall sales and business expansion strategy, setting the company's sales performance targets, and proposing specific directions and implementation plans for customer development, channel expansion, and product promotion.
                                    • Organize and supervise the implementation of the annual sales plan; based on actual business needs, establish and optimize the sales management process from potential customers and opportunity follow-up to contract signing and closing, lead cross-departmental collaboration, and ensure efficient achievement of the company's revenue and customer growth targets.
                                    • Conduct customer demand and market competition analysis, study peer sales strategies and industry development trends, identify new business growth points, and provide a basis for company decision-making.
                                    • Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with core customers and channel partners, enhancing customer satisfaction and the value of existing customers.
                                    • Establish and improve workflows and institutional norms for the marketing and sales department.
                                    • Formulate the sales expense budget and the overall annual financial budget for the sales team, design and optimize the sales commission and incentive assessment system to motivate team combat effectiveness.
                                    • Manage the sales team and provide training and guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and compliance to team members and relevant departments.

Qualifications:

                              • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, business, or related disciplines.
                              • Over 8 years of work experience in the securities and finance industry, with at least 5 years in a business development management role.
                              • Experience in managing large teams with verifiable past sales performance records; familiar with securities, futures, virtual assets, and other products as well as industry trends.
                              • Experience in internet multi-region marketing is preferred.
                              • Native or fluent in Mandarin, able to use English at a professional level.
