We are seeking motivated, ambitious individuals to join our IFA Frontline Trainee Program. This is a client-facing, sales-driven role, designed for those who want to build a career in wealth management, client acquisition, and financial consulting.
As a Trainee Financial Adviser, you will:
- Proactively identify and approach prospective clients (individuals and businesses)
- Conduct in-depth financial needs analysis and deliver customized advisory solutions
- Build, maintain, and expand a personal client portfolio through regular meetings and relationship management
- Present financial planning strategies covering savings, investments, protection, retirement, and estate planning
- Participate in ongoing professional training to achieve industry-recognized certifications
- Work closely with senior advisers and managers to refine your client engagement and sales techniques
- Deliver consistent high-quality service and become a trusted adviser to your clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder or above (all disciplines welcomed)
- Results-driven, self-motivated, with a passion for sales and relationship building
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Chinese and English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Professional, ethical, and committed to long-term career development
