Branch Manager

Job Description

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies and monitor daily branch operations
  • Managing branch office for providing retail banking services
  • Ensuring smooth branch operation are in compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
  • Generating new business for the branch
  • Managing branch personnel, particularly with regard to the provision of quality customer service

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance/Insurance/Business Administration or equivalent
  • minimum 8 years of solid experience in branch banking
  • Professional licensing qualifications such as IIQE & HKSI
  • Sound knowledge of the retail banking business and operations, and able to lead a team to ensure excellent services are provided
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, sales, and management skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
