Aviation Security Company Limited (AVSECO) has been a leading provider of aviation security and related services since its inception in 1997. The company's primary role is the provision of Aviation Security (AVSEC) services to safeguard the travelling public and civil aviation operations at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA).

We provide a wide range of services including aircraft security services, boarding gate security controls, access controls and guarding services to various facilities operators at HKIA, together with X-ray screening of cargo and mail, aircrew screening, passenger profiling, permit controls, consultancy services etc.

Work Location: Chek Lap Kok

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct procurement including purchase requisitions, quotation, purchase order, tendering and contract award in accordance with the procurement manual;
• Maintain comprehensive procurement records;
• Monitor and ensure efficient ordering and delivery of goods to users;
• Ensure the quality of goods/services and delivery on time;
• Monitor supplier’s performance and conduct relevant surveys;
• Report to Senior Procurement Officer; and
• Perform any other duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Preferably degree holder in procurement / business or related disciplines;
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in procurement;
• Preferably with experience in handling invoices and orders follow-up;
• Preferably with experience in execute and review the quality control for goods receipt;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good team spirit and ability to work under pressure;
• Knowledge of SAP system is a preference;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel & Word; and
• Good command of Chinese and English.
