Job Description

Responsibilities:

    • Provides clear direction and strategic financial advice to the account team at local, regional and global levels.
    • Maintains relevant financial and support services policies and procedures associated with company portfolios of assets & properties.
    • Develops finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives aligned with organizational objectives.
    • Exercises governance over finance activities of the team (inclusive of all on account services lines) across the region for financial information, report production and relevant administration.
    • Develops financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and identifying monetary resources, developing action plans.
    • Continually review financials applying a risk-based approach ensuring submissions are owned by the business.
    • Develop systems and processes to enable benchmarking analytics across the company’s asset portfolio, including but not limited to, cost and energy savings and operational service delivery.
    • Ensures governance over data integrity of the systems across the region and support audits as required.
    • Global process leadership, contributes to global objectives and goals and sets local ones, mentors and motivates others to achieve them.
    • Accomplishes finance and organization mission by delivering related results as needed.

Job Requirements

    • Bachelor Degree major in Accounting or Finance with CPA or same level international qualifications.
    • At least 12 years at a management position with strong business acumen in at a MNC financial institutions.
    • Experiences in property & facilities managment firms will be preferred.
    • Regional exposure and solid experience on costing, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial analysis.
    • Familiar and experience with regional authority policies and regulations.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills; presentable with excellent communication; responsive, with integrity, credibility, and commitment.
    • Remote management of a geographically and culturally diverse team.
    • Excellent command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a MUST.
