We are seeking motivated, ambitious individuals to join our IFA Frontline Trainee Program. This is a client-facing, sales-driven role, designed for those who want to build a career in wealth management, client acquisition, and financial consulting.
As a Trainee Financial Adviser, you will:

• Bachelor’s degree holder or above (all disciplines welcomed)
• Results-driven, self-motivated, with a passion for sales and relationship building
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Chinese and English (additional language skills are a plus)

Proactively identify and approach prospective clients (individuals and businesses)
Conduct in-depth financial needs analysis and deliver customized advisory solutions
Build, maintain, and expand a personal client portfolio through regular meetings and relationship management
Present financial planning strategies covering savings, investments, protection, retirement, and estate planning
Participate in ongoing professional training to achieve industry-recognized certifications
Work closely with senior advisers and managers to refine your client engagement and sales techniques
Deliver consistent high-quality service and become a trusted adviser to your clients
Full frontline training including client acquisition strategies, product knowledge, and soft skills coaching
