IT - AVP - Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities:

• • • • • · Change, incident, and problem management for production systems

          · 负责生产系统变更、事件和问题管理

          · Application delivery support and production deployment

          · 负责应用系统交付支持和投产部署

          · Design, build and maintain monitoring infrastructure

          · 负责生产运行监控系统建设和运维

          · Incident response and technical support for production system failures

          · 负责生产系统故障应急处理和技术支持

          · Lead production system architecture optimization & service high-availability implementation

          · 负责生产系统部署架构优化和服务高可用性建设

          · Drive IT contingency planning (ITCP) development & regular emergency drills

          · 负责ITCP建设和日常应急演练

Requirements:

• • • • • • · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

            · 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业毕业

            · 5+ years experience in SRE or DevOps roles

            · 具备5年及以上SRE或DevOps相关岗位的工作经验

            · Experience in web development is preferred

            · 具有Web开发项目经验者更佳

            · Working experience in financial industry is preferred

            · 具有金融行业工作经验者更佳

            Technical Skills / Soft Skills Requirement 技术或软技能要求

            · Programming skills in at least one language such as Java, C++, and C#

            · 熟练掌握至少一种编程语言（如Java/C++/C#）

            · Proficient in SQL with experience in at least one database such as MySQL, SQL Server, and Oracle

            · 精通SQL并熟悉至少一种数据库（如 MySQL/SQL Server/Oracle）

            · Proficient in Linux with Shell/Python scripting capabilities

            · 精通Linux操作系统,具有Shell和Python脚本编写能力

            · Familiar with application middleware such as Tomcat,Liberty,Beiland and project deployment

            · Familiar with open-source middleware such as Nginx, Redis, Kafka, MQ

            · Familiar with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, ELK

            · 熟悉Prometheus、Grafana、zabbix、ELK等监控工具的使用

            · Familiar with Jenkins for basic CI/CD workflows

            · 熟悉Jenkins等持续集成和交付工具

            · Familiar with Docker and Kubernetes with hands-on experience in cloud platforms including PaaS and IaaS

            · 熟悉Docker、Kubernetes，具有PaaS和IaaS等云平台使用经验

            · Understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture

            · 了解分布式和微服务应用系统架构

            · Strong communication and collaboration skills,with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment,fluency in Mandarin is required
