Job Description

ICBC International Holdings Limited (“ICBC International”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ICBC in Hong Kong. It is exposed to capital markets and provides financing clients with services in four product lines; corporate financing, investment business, sales & trading and asset management. ICBC International also offers market research services covering global macro economy, international financial markets, environmental protection, medical care and other hot industries.

Responsibilities:

      • Document system requirements by deeply understanding operational workflows and control points; conduct gap analysis and solution design
      • Support production teams in testing, refining, deploying, and adopting new systems/features
      • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot failures, analyze risks, and coordinate with IT/vendors for solutions; establish preventive controls for operational risks
      • Translate requirements from new business/products/services into system specifications; drive functional and performance enhancements
      • Lead end-to-end project management for operational systems (requirements → development → testing → deployment → version control)
      • Handle and review the system plan, IT budget, cost quotation from IT/vendors and participate on the Finance Committee
      • Acting as the system administrator and management role for all clearing platforms owned by Operations
      • Support the market data management functions, including SPAN files, Closing Price, FX rate & etc.
      • Monitor any market changes and deeply involve on market rehearsals or system upgrades
      • Provide periodical user access review; manage the external internet whitelist and enhance system automation
      • Support as IT security contact
      • Develop Business Continuity Plans (BCP) for critical systems with production units
      • Create system operation manuals and conduct training programs
      • Perform specific / ad-hoc assignments at request of direct manager, particular in relation to process, control, risk, infrastructure matter

Requirements:

      • >3 years of experience in System Project Management and Business Requirements Analysis
      • Knowledge of Investment Banking and Asset Management business/product
      • University Graduate, degree in computer science are preferred

      Technical Skills / Soft Skills Requirement

      • Possesses strong technical aptitude in software proficiency and application governance.
      • Excellent on MS software (including Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
      • Fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese is an advantage
