         **Key Responsibilities**
                      • Process Analysis & Design

                        • Map and analyze end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
                        • Design and implement optimized and automated workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy.
                        • Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and enable continuous improvement.

                        Systems Implementation & Management

                        • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for systems like ERP, WMS, CRM, and eCommerce platforms.
                        • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, internal teams, and external vendors.
                        • Manage project execution from design and implementation to post-launch support and optimization.

                        Stakeholder Management & Strategy

                        • Facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical teams to align on goals and requirements.
                        • Support key business initiatives and ad-hoc projects as a subject-matter expert.
                        • Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs related to operational performance and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

            1. Preferred:

              • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field.
              • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, process optimization, or systems implementation.
              • Proven expertise in process mapping, requirements gathering, and writing system documentation.
              • Demonstrated experience in SOP development and process standardization.
              • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
              • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.

                • Hands-on experience with ERP, WMS, or loyalty program implementations.
                • Background in retail, eCommerce, supply chain, or logistics operations.
                • Proven track record of managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
